How to link from Facebook to your website (so that Google Analytics understands it)

Without going into the “why”, often Google Analytics doesn’t register traffic to your website, from Facebook, as coming from Facebook. It adds it to “Direct” traffic instead of “Social” traffic.

However, it’s not hard to overcome this.
