If you’re blogging (which of course you are) and have a Business Facebook Page, then it’s time to get ready for this big update coming in April.
Facebook have teamed up with Automattic (the main force behind WordPress) to develop a plugin that will let you publish your posts natively on Facebook via their new Instant Articles feature.
If you’re looking to increase engagement and reach of your content, Instant Articles could be the way to go as early analysis suggests that people engage more deeply with the immersive experience and share Instant Articles with their friends more often than standard web articles.
There is a how-to-install article here – but this could very well change a bit by the time April rolls around so I wouldn’t worry about installing it now.
I would, however, make sure you have a blogging schedule in place by then to make sure you’re among the first using this new feature.
