This program allows us to log into your desktop and see your screen:
Either choose “Run” or “Save” – but if you choose Save please pay attention to where you save it!
After it’s downloaded, click Run or Next or whatever until you get to a screen that looks a bit like this ->
Then, read out the ID and Password to us and we can log into your screen and see what’s going on.
